South Africa test coronavirus on over 90,000 people

As at today, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in South Africa is 2506.

The total number of tests conducted to date is 90 515.

It is with sadness that we report 7 new COVID-19 related deaths. Six of these deaths are from KwaZulu and one of them is from the Gauteng. We convey our condolences to the families and also appreciate the committed health workers who were treating these patients.

Meanwhile Kenya has recorded a total of 225 positive cases, 53 recoveries and 10 deaths. 

Global over 2 million positive cases has been reported with over 100 deaths with USA taking lead in terms of covid 19 positive cases and the related deaths.
